Driven Fitness ("we", "us") runs drivenfitness.shop. This page explains what we collect when you visit or order, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional) and what you bought.
- Payment: card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and never reaches or is stored on our site.
- Messages: what you send through the Help & Contact form (name, email, order number and message).
- Browsing: your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. WooCommerce sets session cookies to run the checkout and records which page or link brought you to the store (order attribution).
How we use it
- To make, ship and support your order, and to email you order and shipping updates.
- To answer your messages.
- To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
We don't sell your personal information, and we only send marketing email if you ask for it.
Who we share it with
- Our print partners (Printify, Tapstitch and PODpartner) receive your name, shipping address and the items ordered, because they print and ship each piece to order.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Shipping carriers receive what they need to deliver your parcel.
- Our web host stores the site and its data. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order, returns and our tax and accounting duties. Contact messages are kept while we're helping you.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Use the contact form or email drivenfitgear@gmail.com. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout need them to work.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date at the top.
