These terms apply when you use drivenfitness.shop or buy from Driven Fitness. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
Every item is printed to order by our print partners. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full, for example if an item can no longer be made or a price was listed in error.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Stripe.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are printed and shipped by our partners: allow 3 to 5 business days for processing before your order ships. Standard shipping is $6.95 and free on orders over $100. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order leaves. Delivery dates are estimates, and we're not responsible for carrier delays.
Returns
We only accept returns when a wrong size was delivered. See our Returns policy.
Product details
Colours can look slightly different on screen than in person, and each washed or dyed piece is unique. Sizes are listed in each product's size guide.
Designs and content
All designs, photos and text on this site belong to Driven Fitness and can't be copied or used without our permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
